I did read article, very interesting. I would say that I would agree with Mila, everybody should pay real estate taxes. Lets do not defend the rich people who have the big piece of land, or big mansions. City would have more money in the budget if this would happen. I do agree with the article. On the site, alot of non-sence discussion and very seldom you can read right points. Good Luck with everything. Sorry for my english, I am just practicing.
